Su
suggerimento di un amico, abbiamo voluto provare la pizza farcita con la zucca,
approfittando delle ultime ancora presenti.
La
nostra farcia quindi è stata pensata con un accostamento che è quasi un must, i
funghi, addolcito da della gustosa mortadella a fette. Per completare due
formaggi filanti e dal sapore neutro.
Un
tocco in più abbiamo pensato di darlo anche alla base: una farina rustica e
biologica impastata con un olio aromatizzato, che ha reso l’impasto più
friabile e saporito.
Ingredienti:
Per
la base
200g
farina manitoba
2
cucch fiocchi di patate
2
cucch.ni miele d’acacia
olio
di semi aromatizzato ai pomodori secchi
latte
di conservazione di 1 mozzarella di bufala
acqua
tiepida
25g
lievito di birra
sale
Per
la farcia
350g
zucca mantovana a cubetti
120g
mortadella a fette
300g
formaggio caciotta
100g
mozzarella vaccina
origano
sale
Sciogliere
il lievito in un bicchiere con il latte di conservazione della mozzarella ed il
miele.
Setacciare
le farine con i fiocchi di patate, unire il lievito sciolto e l’olio
aromatizzato. Iniziare ad impastare aiutandosi con l’acqua, per ultimo
incorporare il sale. Lasciare lievitare in un luogo umido per alcune ore.
Lessare
la zucca.
Stendere
la pasta della pizza, distribuire il pomodoro ed insaporire con origano e sale.
Farcire con la mortadella a fette, poi i pezzi di zucca ed infine i funghi.
Cuocere
la pizza in forno con funzione ventilata a 180° per circa 20 minuti.
Grattugiare
la caciotta e tagliare a cubetti la mozzarella, metterle sulla pizza e passare
nuovamente in forno per alcuni minuti, fino a scioglimento.
Avercene un trancio adesso per cena :D! Caspiterina che farcitura ricca e originale. Mai pensato ad usare la zucca per la pizza. Mi sconfinfera assai :) Un bacione, buona serata
